The news isn’t covered as much here Sydney but there are a lot of them currently sitting behind a big iron door in the UK too. The Stop Oil crowd are crying all about the injustice of it

Blood good news for a change. We should follow the lead on these scumbags, and lock them up. Not like they need to go to work or anything!! I've noticed a lot of older people on these demos lately. They can also go to jail for a bit. Have time to think about how they are behaving.

The UK maybe need to take a look at the Australian way of dealing with these climate activists who disrupt our everyday lives, we got a spate of them here but now not a sit down or any type of disruption of any kind?

I wonder why? 15 months Jail with non parole period of 8 months and no chance of bail whilst she appeals until at least March next year

Lawyers for Deanna ‘Violet’ Coco, who stopped traffic for 25 minutes in April, say it is ‘outrageous’ their client was refused bail before an appeal next year

Re: QEII Bridge Protesters
I think this guy was arrested recently, he's a front man for a lot of these outfits

Roger Hallam, failed welsh farmer and complete prick.

"In a self-published pamphlet written in prison, Hallam wrote that the climate crisis would lead to mass rape, and featured a story in which the reader's female family members are gang raped and the reader forced to watch. The pamphlet was condemned by Farah Nazeer, CEO of Women's Aid.[30] When Der Spiegel replied to Hallam that "You can't blame the climate change for the rape of women during war", Hallam's response was "No, climate change is just the tubes that the gas comes down in the gas chamber. It's just a mechanism through which one generation kills the next generation""

How long did that lot at the BMW showroom in Germany last when they turned the lights off and wouldn't give them a bucket to piss in overnight?

Ted.

Wont make a blind bit of difference, they are funded by some seriously wealthy people.

I really dont understand why the old bill cant make an announcement along the lines of ' we wont stop you climbing up there, just make your own way down when you've had enough. Oh, and mind the traffic because we wont be stopping it.

Said yesterday on another thread that i wonder if the will be so keen to protest once Labour (surely) get into power in a few months time. Got a feeling they are anti Tory as much as anything else.

And lastly, how long will it be before these loons up their game and start using real terroist tactics?

Re: QEII Bridge Protesters
They will get more and more annoying until everyone begs the government to change the law, making it harder to protest, which will be good at stopping these pricks, but will also be good at stopping all other protests, including the ones you support.

I don’t trust any of these green movements because not one of them have suggested making paper out of hemp instead of trees.

Members of a cult/terrorist organisation.

They should be treated as such and banged up for a long time.

Re: QEII Bridge Protesters
Bet none of them have a heat pump, EV or sloar panels. In fact most of them look like they aren't yet old enough to pay the bills!
